Attention: before performing work on the removal and installation of fuel system components, the residual fuel pressure in the line must be relieved.
1. Before resetting the memory, make sure you have the radio code.
2. Remove the main injection system relay 2 from the fuse box.
3. Start the engine and let it idle until it stops.
Note: If any DTCs appear, clear them.
4. Turn the ignition key to position "OFF".
5. Remove the fuel filler cap.
6. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of joint stock bank.
7. Remove the quick coupling cover.
8. Make sure that the cover is free of dirt, clean it if necessary.
9. Put a rag on the quick connector.
10. Detach part "A" quick connector: lock the connector "IN" with one hand and squeeze the tube holder "WITH" with the other hand, freeing from the locking foot "D". Disconnect the connection.
Note:
- Do not damage the line and other parts.
- Do not use special equipment.
- Do not remove the holder from the fuel line, after removing it, replace it with a new one.
11. Check quick coupling for dirt and damage.
12. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
Component Check
Fuel pressure check
1. Relieve fuel pressure,
2. Assemble a circuit with a pressure gauge to check fuel pressure.
3. Check fuel pressure.
- A) Start the engine.
- b) Check idle pressure.
- V) Stop the engine.
If the pressure is not correct, replace the fuel filter and pressure regulator and recheck.
- Nominal pressure - 3.1 - 3.6 kg / cm2
4. Relieve fuel pressure and remove pressure gauge.
Nozzles
1. Check the resistance between the terminals of the injector connector.
- Rated resistance (at 20°C) - 10-13 Ohm
A - nozzle connector.
2. Using a phonendoscope, check the operation of the injector with the engine running. The sound of cut-offs of the nozzle needle should be clear and rhythmic.
Fuel pump
1. Relieve residual fuel pressure.
2. Turn the ignition key to position "OFF".
3. Remove the fuse box cover on the driver's side.
4. Slide the relay holder out of the fuse box, remove the main relay "2" (blue) and put the relay holder back.

B is the main relay.
5. Bridge the leads "1" And "2" relay connector.
6. Push the hose onto the tube.

7. Turn the ignition key to position "ON (ll) ", check that the pump is running. Check the amount of fuel flowing out within 10 seconds.
- Nominal volume - 270 ml and above
