Removal and installation an additional fuel pump



1. Relieve residual fuel pressure.

2. Unscrew the fuel filler cap and release the pressure in the fuel tank.

3. Remove the driver's seat.

4. Remove the service hatch cover "A" and disconnect the connector "B".

Note:
  • Do not rotate the fuel pump after installation in the fuel tank, as this may damage the fuel pipe.
  • The fuel filter and fuel line must be securely connected.
  • When installing the fuel level indicator sensor, do not damage its lever.
  • Do not reinstall the "C" gasket.


8. Install the gasket on the fuel tank side, when installing the fuel pump "E" align its mark "F" with the mark on the fuel tank "D". Then the installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
