Any repairs to the fuel tank and its filler neck should be carried out by specialists who have experience in carrying out this type of potentially dangerous work.

Warning! Remember that even after cleaning and flushing the tank, explosive fuel vapors may remain in it, which can ignite during repair procedures!

The fuel tank removed from the vehicle should be moved to a place where it will be completely out of the question of its contact with any kind of open fire. Particular care should be taken when handling the fuel tank in garages equipped with heating devices that run on natural gas and are equipped with a control torch!
