Warning! If the car stereo system is equipped with a security code, make sure you have the correct combination to activate the audio system before disconnecting the battery!
2. Loosen the clamp securing the air intake to the air cleaner assembly.
3. Release the spring clips, remove the cover from the air cleaner assembly and take out the filter element.
4. Unscrew the mounting bolts, carefully lift the air cleaner housing and release the rubber mounting bushings securing it to the battery tray. Remove the housing from the vehicle.
