Removal and installation
The battery is located in the engine compartment on all models.
1. Make sure the ignition is off.
2. Disconnect the wires: first from the negative, then from the positive terminal.
3. Remove the nuts from the battery mounting clamp, remove the clamps themselves and remove the battery.
4. To install the battery, perform the steps in reverse order; Make sure the battery is placed correctly on the stand and the holder is securely fastened.
Before replacing the old battery, we strongly recommend that you clean the battery tray and contact terminals.
5. First connect the wire to the positive battery terminal, then to the negative one. To prevent oxidation of the terminals, coat them with non-metallic grease.
