1. Remove the center console.
2. Remove the car radio.
3. Unscrew the two screws from the bottom of the central air duct and remove the air duct unit.
4. Disconnect the air mixer cable from the heater.
5. Unscrew the 4 screws securing the control unit; gently push the unit forward. Disconnect the electrical wiring connectors and remove the heater control unit.
6. If the fan switch needs to be replaced, remove the control knob and switch from the control box.
To install:
7. Assemble all components removed from the control unit.
8. Install the control unit and tighten the mounting screws.
9. Connect the air mixer cable to the heater body.
10. Install the central air duct.
11. Install the car radio.
12. Install the center console.
