Disassembly and assembly of the transfer case shaft (Honda HR-V 1)

1. Install the transfer case driven gear on steel blocks, then press the transfer case shaft out of the damper hub as shown in the figure.

4. TRANSFER CASE DRIVE GEAR


2. Align the grooves of the damper hub and the teeth of the transfer case driven gear and assemble the damper hub, needle bearing and transfer case driven gear.

3. Press in the transfer case shaft as shown in the figure.
