Note:
- Before assembling, make sure that the components are free of dust and other foreign matter.
- Replace parts with new ones if indicated in the instructions.
- Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle, as it can ruin the paintwork; If fluid does spill, wash it off immediately with water.
1. Replace brake hoses if the hose is kinked, cracked or leaking.
2. Disconnect the brake hose from the brake pipe using a 10mm box type wrench.

3. Remove the clamp from the brake hose and discard it.

3. BOLTS 6mm HOSE BRACKET
4. EYE BOLT
4. Remove the eye bolt and disconnect the brake hose from the caliper.
5. Remove the brake hose from the steering knuckle and replace the bracket and hose with new ones.
6. Install the brake hose bracket and brake hose to the steering knuckle first, then connect the brake hose to the caliper with the eye bolt using new sealing washers.

4. BOLTS 6 mm HOSE BRACKET, 9.8 Nm (1.0 kgf/m)
5. SEALING WASHER. Replace
7. Secure the brake hose to the bracket with a new clamp.
1. 15 Nm (1.5 kgf/m)
2. BRAKE HOSE
3. BRAKE HOSE CLAMP. Replace
8. Connect the brake pipe to the brake hose.
9. After installing the brake hose, bleed the brake system (see above).
10. Carry out the following checks:
- Check the junction of the brake hose and brake pipe for trimming, and tighten if necessary.
- Check the brake hoses for obstructions or kinks.
