Note: The parking brake cables must not be bent or deformed. Otherwise, it will lead to hard operation and premature failure of the cable.
1. PARK BRAKE LEVER. Check for smooth operation
2. PARK BRAKE CABLE. Check for jamming

1. Remove the brake pads (see above) and disconnect the parking brake cable from the parking brake lever.
2. Remove the clip from the cable holder on the platter.
3. Remove the handbrake cable end from the platter.
4. Insert the parking brake into the cable holder and connect the end of the cable to the parking brake lever.
5. Align the notch on the cable holder with the tab on the cable. Place the clip into the groove of the cable holder. Make sure the rounded side of the clip is facing out (towards the platter).
