1. The gearbox housing is not equipped with a dipstick. The level of transmission oil in the gearbox is checked by turning out the control / filler plug from the side wall of the gearbox housing. Jack up the car and place it on jack stands. Locate the plug and thoroughly wipe it and the crankcase surrounding it with a clean rag. Turn out the plug - the level of gear oil in the crankcase should reach the lower cut of the control / filler hole, otherwise it is necessary to make an appropriate adjustment. If the vehicle is raised to provide access to the manual transmission housing, make sure that the props are secure before climbing under it.
Note. The car must be installed strictly horizontally.
2. If necessary, through the same hole, add the required amount of oil of the required grade to the manual transmission crankcase - use a funnel. The level can be considered normalized when the oil begins to flow out of the hole in a thin stream.
3. Screw the plug back into place and tighten it firmly. Make a short road test of the car, after which make sure there are no oil leaks through the plug.
