Do not tighten or loosen the spindle nut unless the vehicle is standing on all 4 wheels. The tightening torque is high enough to tip over even a properly secured vehicle.
1. Loosen the rear wheel nuts and spindle nuts. Raise the vehicle and support it securely.
2. Release the parking brake. Remove the rear wheel and brake drum.
3. Remove the rear bearing hub cover and nut.
4. Remove the hub block from the spindle.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. With the car lowered to the ground, tighten the new spindle nut to 185 Nm.
