2. Remove the front wheel.
3. Remove the banjo bolt and disconnect the brake hose from the caliper. Plug the hose immediately.
4. Loosen the mounting bolt(s) and remove the caliper.
To install:
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Use new washers on the banjo bolt and tighten to 35 Nm.
6. On vehicles where the caliper bolts have a long unthreaded section, the tightening torque is 75 Nm.
7. On vehicles that use short caliper bolts that do not have an unthreaded portion, tightening torque is 45 Nm.
8. Bleed the brakes.
