Attention.
- Flush all components, except rubber, with flushing oil and blow out with an air gun.
- Install Omega-type clamps on the covers of the outer hinges.
- Pack the hinges and boots with the recommended grease.
From the side of the inner hinge
1. In order not to damage the cover, wrap the splines of the drive shaft with vinyl tape.
2. Install the inner hinge boot.
3. Remove the vinyl tape.
4. Install the cross on the drive shaft along the marks and install the ring clamp.
5. Install the rollers on the cross according to the marks. Follow the directions of the videos.
6. Pack grease into the hinge and boot.

- 2WD Models: 130-140g
- 4WD Models: 150-160g
From the side of the splines of the left hinge
Recommended lubricant:
- JOINT OILCS №1
- Quantity: 0.5-1.0g
7. Align the marks and install the cross with rollers into the hinge body. Make sure they don't fall out. Put the cover on the hinge.
Attention. If the drive shaft is turned with the hinge down after assembly, the hinge may fall out.
8. Select the position of the inner hinge so that the distance between the hinges corresponds to the dimensions shown in the figures.
9. Put on the cover as shown.
10. Pass the end of the clamp twice through the retainer, winding it in the direction of rotation of the drive shaft while the vehicle is moving forward.
11. Stretch the tape so that it fits snugly against the case.
12. Place a mark on the tape at a distance of 10-14 mm from the end of the retainer.
13. Pass the loose end of the tape through the front end of the clamp tool and into the slot on the axle.
14. Turn the axle so that the mark is aligned with the end of the retainer.
15. Bend the end of the tape approx. 90°towards the fixture by lifting the instrument.
16. Use a center punch to mark the center of the retainer.
17. Loosen the axis rotation band and remove the tool from the collar.
18. Trim the excess tape, leaving a 5-10 mm long tip protruding from the retainer.
19. Bend the end of the tape and tap with a hammer.
20. Install a new ring clip on the inner pivot.
21. Make sure the clamp is not loose and remove grease from the outer surfaces of the boot and drive shaft.
From the side of the outer hinge
1. To avoid damaging the boot, wrap the splines of the drive shaft with vinyl tape.
2. Fit the outer joint boot to the drive shaft and install the Omega clamps.
If you install the clamps after assembling the outer hinge, they may be deformed, so install the clamps in the grooves of the boot in advance.
3. Remove the vinyl tape.
4. Install the retaining ring in the groove of the drive shaft.
5. Insert the drive shaft into the outer joint as far as it will go.
6. Hold the drive shaft and joint and tap them on a hard surface from a height of about 10 cm under your own weight.
Attention:
- Place a cloth on a hard surface to prevent damage to the drive shaft.
- Don't use a hammer.
7. Substitute the ruler and make sure that the mark on the drive shaft is aligned with the end of the outer hinge.
8. Pack grease into the hinge and boot.

- Quantity (2WD): 135-145 g
9. Put on a cover on a power shaft and the hinge, as it is shown in drawing.
10. Install the Omega clamps and hook the clips into the holes.
11. Using pliers, compress the Omega clamps.
12. Make sure the area «Omega» clamp has the dimensions shown in the figure.
13. Remove grease from the outer surfaces of the boot and drive shaft.
