2. Remove the gearshift cover assembly and clean it of sealant.
3. Loosen the locking bolt.
4. Turn the gear selector counterclockwise, then remove the shifter pin A from the shift fork groove.
5. Turn the shifter axle counter-clockwise and remove the shifter pin from the shifter A groove, then remove the shifter axle assembly.
6. Remove the vehicle speed sensor (VSS).
7. Loosen ball retaining screws, remove washers, springs, steel balls and reversing light switch.
8. Remove the shoulder bolt, drain plug and filler plug.
9. Turn off fixing bolts of a case of a transmission crosswise in several passes.
10. Unscrew the 32mm plug.
11. Spread the ends of the circlip on the intermediate shaft ball bearing and remove it from the groove using circlip pliers.
12. Separate the gearbox housing from the clutch housing.
13. Remove the index pins and clean them of sealant.
14. Remove the oil chute, 78 mm gasket and oil distributor plate M.
15. Turn off a spring bolt.
16. Knock out the spring pin first halfway with a drift, then remove it with pliers.
17. Remove the gear selection lever, springs, washer and leash.
18. Remove the gland.
19. Remove the reverse stop cam.
20. If necessary, check the clearance of the reverse shift fork holder.
21. Remove the reverse shift fork holder.
22. Remove the reverse gear shaft and reverse idler gear.
23. Remove the secondary and intermediate shaft assembly with shift forks from the clutch housing.
Note: Before removing the output shaft and countershaft assembly, wrap the output shaft spline with electrical tape to protect it.
24. Remove the differential assembly.
