2. Install the secondary shaft into the gearbox housing.
3. Measure the distance between the gearbox housing surface and the secondary shaft thrust washer mounting surface as shown in the figure, then record the measurement (measurement B).

4. Calculate the thickness of the 25x35 mm thrust pad using the following formula.
FORMULA:
Thrust pad thickness 25x35 mm = Dimension A - Dimension B +
Flywheel housing gasket thickness: 0.5 mm
EXAMPLE:
- Dimension A: 32.7 mm
- Dimension B: 30.1 mm
Thrust pad thickness 25 x 35 mm = 32.7 mm - 30.1 mm + 0.5 mm = 3.1 mm
Select a thrust washer 25x35 mm D.
5. Select a 25x35 mm thrust washer from the following table:
