2. Install the output shaft in the gearbox housing.
3. Measure the distance between the surface of the gearbox housing and the installation surface of the output shaft under the thrust washer as shown in the figure, then record the measurement (dimension B).

4. Calculate the thickness of the thrust washer 25x35 mm using the following formula.
FORMULA:
Thrust washer thickness 25x35 mm = Dimension A - Dimension B +
Flywheel housing gasket thickness: 0.5mm
EXAMPLE:
- Dimension A: 32.7mm
- Dimension H: 30.1mm
Thrust washer thickness 25 x 35 mm = 32.7 mm - 30.1 mm + 0.5 mm = 3.1 mm
Pick up a 25x35 mm D thrust washer.
5. Select a 25x35 mm thrust washer from the following table:
