Removal and installation front fenders (Honda Accord 6)

1. Loosen the nuts of the corresponding front wheel. Jack up the front of the car and place it on supports. Remove the wheel.

2. Remove the front bumper cover (see Section Removal and installation front and rear bumper trims).



3. Unscrew the fastening screws, release the clamps and remove the wheel arch protection liner with the rubber mudguard.



4. Open the front door and remove the upper bolt securing the rear part of the wing to the body.

5. Remove the mounting screws and the outer plastic sill cover to gain access to the lower rear wing mounting bolt.




6. Remove the remaining fasteners.





7. Remove the remaining wing mounting bolts.

8. Remove the wing (it would be wise to have an assistant help you to minimize the risk of damaging surrounding body panels).

9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
