1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Disconnect the end of the cable from the clutch pedal.
3. Remove the adjusting nut assembly from its mounting.
4. Raise and securely support the vehicle with stands.
5. Disconnect the end of the cable from the clutch release lever. Remove the cable from the vehicle.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Adjust the cable according to the tolerance.
