The system must be bled every time it is disassembled or in case of a leak. The bleed screw is located on the working cylinder.

1. Remove the screw protective cover.

2. Attach a clean hose to the bleed screw. Place the other end of the hose in a clean container half filled with brake fluid.

3. Fill the clutch master cylinder with fresh brake fluid.

4. Open the screw slightly and have an assistant slowly press the clutch pedal. When the pedal reaches the end of its travel, close the bleed screw. Let the pedal slowly return to its original position.

5. Repeat steps 3-4 until all air bubbles are removed from the system.

6. Drain the brake fluid into a drain container. Replace the screw protective cover. Fill the master cylinder with brake fluid.
