1. Measure the height when the pedal is disengaged.
2. Measure pedal free play.
3. Adjust the pedal free play by turning the clutch cable adjusting nut. The nut is located at the end of the cable housing near the clutch fork lever.
4. Turn the adjusting nut until the pedal free play is 15-25mm.
5. After adjustment, check that the free play of the end of the clutch release lever falls within the range of 5.2-6.4 mm.
Insufficient free play will cause clutch slippage and premature wear. Excessive free play will result in difficult shifting. Check clutch free play regularly and adjust if necessary.
