Do not adjust the throttle stop screw. It is set at the factory.
1. Disconnect the throttle angle sensor connector.
Accord 1985
2. Measure the resistance between the yellow and green terminals of the sensor. The resistance should be 3.2-7.2 kOhm.
Accord 1985-86 and Prelude 1986-89
3. Measure the total resistance between the yellow-white and green-white terminals of the sensor. The resistance should be 4-6 kOhm.
