2. Cover the carburetor with a clean rag to prevent metal particles from getting inside. Using a 4mm drill, drill out the rivets holding the cover in place. Remove the retaining ring.
3. Remove the cover while holding the gears inside the cover and housing.
To install:
4. Position the cover so that the index markers are aligned.
5. Install gears A and B into the grooves in the cover and housing.
6. Install the retaining ring and secure it with new rivets.
7. Install the air cleaner.
