1. Pull back the rubber boot and loosen the lock nut.
2. Disconnect the end of the cable from the drive rod.
3. Disconnect the drive cable from the drive bracket
4. Turn the sleeve on the heat-insulating partition by 90° and remove the cable.
5. Disconnect the wire connectors and vacuum hose.
6. Remove the mounting bolts and remove the drive.
7. If necessary, the solenoid valve assembly can be removed.
To install:
8. Install the solenoid valve if it was removed. Install the actuator and mounting bolts.
9. Connect the wire connectors and vacuum hose(s).
10. Install the cable. Attach it to the drive bracket.
11. Connect the cable to the drive rod and adjust the cable. The play of the drive cable should be less than 13 mm. Tighten the lock nut.
