Clearance between axle and rocker arms:
  • nominal - 0.019-0.058 mm
  • maximum - 0.080 mm

4. Check the clearance between all rocker arms and the rocker shaft. If the clearance is greater than the maximum, replace the rocker shaft and the rocker arm whose clearance exceeds the maximum. If any rocker arm needs to be replaced, replace rocker arms No.1 and No.2 as a unit.



5. Check the rocker arm plungers. Press each plunger.
