2. Set the piston of the first cylinder to TDC. In this case, the "UP" mark on the crankshaft sprocket should be directed upwards, and the notches on the sprocket should lie in the plane of the cylinder head.
3. Install the chain on the crankshaft sprocket with the colored link opposite the mark.
4. Install the chain onto the camshaft sprocket, aligning the markers with the three colored links as shown in the illustration.
5. Apply fresh engine oil to the threads of the tensioner shoe mounting bolt "A".
6. Install the tensioner shoe and chain guide.

7. Install the tensioner and temporarily tighten the bolt.
8. Apply fresh engine oil to the tensioner contact surface.
9. Turn the tensioner clockwise, pressing it against the shoe. Install, and then tighten the bolt.
10. Check the front crankshaft oil seal. Replace it with a new one if necessary.
a) Using a drift, install a new seal.
b) Check the distance between the chain cover surface and the front crankshaft oil seal.
11. Remove the sealant from the surface of the timing chain cover, bolts and bolt holes.
12. Clean the contact surfaces of the chain cover.
13. Install the crankshaft position sensor rotor "A" onto the crankshaft "B".
14. Apply sealant to the contact surfaces of the cylinder block and timing chain cover.
Note:
- Apply a continuous bead of sealant with a diameter of 1.5 mm to the places marked "A".
- Apply a 3mm bead of sealant to the chain cover at the locations marked "B".
- The parts must be installed within the time specified in the sealant's instructions for use, otherwise the sealant must be removed and reapplied.
15. Install the chain cover.
16. Install the clips and connect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

17. Install the front engine mount bracket, tighten the bolts and nuts in the sequence shown in the figure.
18. Install the ground wire.

19. Install the oil pan.
20. Install the crankshaft pulley.
21. Install the cylinder head cover (see section "Valve clearance").
22. Install the coolant pump pulley.
23. Install the intermediate roller.
24. Install the generator bracket mounting bolts.
25. Install the attachment drive belt and adjust its tension.
26. Install the lower mudguard.
27. Install the front wheels.
28. Reset the crankshaft position sensor parameters and re-enter them (see section "Ignition system" chapters "Fuel injection system").
