
2. Loosen the nuts securing the lower ends of the rod to the struts.

3. Also unscrew the bolts of the clamps securing the support bushings of the rod to the bottom of the car. Remove the stabilizer rod.
4. Remove the clamps from the bushings and inspect the latter for signs of hardening or aging of the rubber. Defective bushings are subject to replacement. Also check the reliability of the fit of the ball joints in the stabilizer struts. Replace defective components.
5. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
