Removal and installation seats (Honda Accord 6)

Front seats

1. Access to the front and rear mounting bolts is gained by moving the seat to the extreme positions.



2. Remove the decorative covers and loosen the seat mounting bolts.

3. Raise the seat and disconnect all the electrical wiring provided. Remove the assembly from the vehicle.

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Back seat

1. Lower the rear seat back, release the four plastic fasteners securing the cargo area carpet to the centre of the seat back, and expose the corner bolts.


2. Lift the front edge of the rear seat cushion, remove the rear mounting bolt and remove the cushion from the vehicle (see accompanying illustration).

Note: Release the seat belts from the slots at the rear of the cushion.

3. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
