Secondary Shaft Assembly — 1990-91 Accord, 1988-91 Prelude (Honda Accord 3)

1. Install the selected thrust washer, needle bearing and 1st gear.

2. Install the friction damper.

3. Install the synchronizer parts: the first locking ring, the first spring ring, the reverse gear, the second spring ring and the second locking ring.

4. Install the spacer bushing and friction damper.

5. Install the needle bearing, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th gears and the next needle bearing.

6. Install the ball bearing.

7. Install the lock washer and lock nut. Tighten the lock nut to 110 Nm, loosen and tighten again to 110 Nm.
