This signal allows the control unit to monitor the engine speed.
Turn on the ignition.
Measure voltage between 11 (blue (+)) and 32 (black (-)) contacts.
If there is battery voltage, then the ignition coil signal is normal.
If there is no voltage, then check for an open Blue wire between the ignition coil and terminal 11 of the control unit. If the wire is OK, then check the ignition coil.
