- Clean disassembled parts thoroughly with solvent and dry with compressed air. Do not wash rubber parts in solvent.
- Thoroughly pack both pivots and both pivot boots with the grease supplied with the new drive shaft.
Amount of grease:
- Inner hinge: 45-65g
- Outer hinge: 30-40 g
1. Replace the retaining ring; 2. ring clamp; 3. bearing ring; 4. bearing separator; 5. retaining ring; 6. Replace the cover clamps; 7. Inner cover. Fill the cavity with grease; 8. steel ball; 9. fill the cavity with grease; 10. internal hinge; 11. drive shaft; 12. Replace the retaining ring; 13. Replace the cover clamps; 14. outer hinge; 15. fill the cavity with grease; 16. outer cover
