2. Jack up the rear suspension beam with a jack.
3. While moving the jack, align the hole in the beam and shock absorber and install a new bolt.
4. Load the rear suspension by lowering the vehicle and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
5. Install the upper shock absorber support, washer and tighten the nut.
6. While holding the shock absorber rod from turning, tighten the nut to the nominal tightening torque.
7. Install the trunk trim cover.

8. Install the rear wheels.
9. After installation, check and, if necessary, adjust the rear wheel alignment angles.
