Removal and installation
Removal and installation of a nave of a back wheel (2WD models with rear disc brakes).
1 - rear suspension beam,
2 - trunnion,
3 - mudguard,
4 - hub,
5 - nut,
6 - cap,
7 - brake disc.
1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and place it on stands.
2. Turn away nuts and remove back wheels.
3. Turn away bolts, remove, a brake support and suspend it aside.
4. Use a screwdriver to remove the cap (A).
5. Unlock the bezel (WITH) nuts and unscrew the nut (IN).
6. Loosen the screws (A).
7. Screw in two suitable bolts as shown in the figure to remove the brake disc (IN).
8. Remove the hub.
9. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
When installing:
- use new nuts and cap;
- lock the hub fastening nut;
- check and, if necessary, adjust the rear wheel alignment angles;
- check and, if necessary, adjust the travel of the parking brake lever.
