2. Remove the wiper arms and blades (see chapter "Body electrical equipment").
3. Remove the hood ventilation grille (see section "Removal and installation the hood ventilation grille").
4. Fold the front edge of the roof trim under.
Note: To avoid damaging the painted surfaces and the dashboard surface, stick adhesive tape on them.
Caution: To avoid damaging your hands on sharp edges, wear gloves.
5. Using a knife, trim the edge of the windshield molding (A).
6. If the old molding is to be installed, make alignment marks on the molding glass.
7. From the inside of the body, using an awl, make holes in the layer of glue (B), trying not to touch the stoppers. From the interior, pull the string (A) through the holes.
Warning: The string may cut your hands, wear gloves when working.
8. Secure the ends of the string to the wooden blocks.
Note: To avoid breaking the string, use its entire length while working.
9. Cut off the layer of glue (A) along the entire perimeter of the glass (B).
10. Carefully remove the windshield.
11. Remove the upper, lower and corner glass seals and stoppers from the body.
