1. With the ignition off (in position "OFF"), disconnect the harness connector from the resistor.
2. Measure the resistance between terminal A of the resistor connector and the other terminal of the connector. When considering a resistor connector, terminal A is the odd or unpaired terminal inside the connector housing.
3. The correct resistance between the terminals of the connector is 5-7 ohms. If any circuit is out of range, the resistor must be replaced.
