Attention. The rollers and the speedometer tester must be installed parallel to each other.
2. Place the vehicle with the front wheels on the tester and the rear wheels on the rollers.
Make sure that the centers of the front and rear wheels are aligned with the centers of the tester and free rollers, respectively.
Attention. If the front and rear wheels are not correctly installed on the tester and rollers, side vibration may occur or the vehicle may come off the tester and rollers.
3. Secure the car with ropes using the towing and tie-down loops.
Attention.
- If the anti-vibration ropes become loose, there will be no anti-vibration effect, so keep the ropes taut.
- Make sure that the ropes do not touch the bumpers.
- Tie ropes to the vehicle only at designated locations.
4. Start the engine and carefully place the automatic transmission selector lever in position D. Gradually increase the speed and take a measurement.
Attention. Do not exceed 50 km/h and do not check for more than 3 minutes.
5. After taking the measurement, carefully depress the brake pedal, slow down the vehicle and stop.
