Attention.
- Wash all components except rubber parts with flushing oil and blow with an air gun.
- Pack the inner/outer hinges and boots with the recommended grease.

Recommended lubricant:
- NIPPON OIL CO., LTD. U131-15 BS №1
- Quantity: 80-90 g
1. To avoid damaging the boot, wrap the drive shaft splines with vinyl tape.
2. Install the inner joint boot onto the drive shaft.

3. Remove the vinyl tape.
4. Install the crosspiece on the drive shaft according to the marks and secure it with a retaining ring.
5. Install the rollers on the crosspiece according to the marks.

6. Apply grease to the inner joint and boot.

Recommended lubricant:
- NIPPON OIL CO.,LTD. US131-15 BS No.1
- Quantity: 80-90 g
7. Align the marks and install the crosspiece with the rollers into the inner joint housing. Make sure that they do not fall out.

Caution: Do not turn the drive shaft with the hinge down until the clamps are tightened.
8. Place the cover on the hinge.
9. Set the dimensions of the inner and outer hinges according to the drawing.

To adjust the amount of air in the covers, set the hinges to the specified dimensions and then install the clamps.
10. Install the clamps (double loop type) in the same way as on the front drive shafts (see above).
11. After installation, make sure that the clamps are not loose.
12. Install the ring clamp onto the inner joint.
