Note: before disconnecting the cable from the battery, make sure you know the radio access code. Otherwise, the radio will be blocked.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Remove the air filter housing (see chapter "Maintenance and general inspection and adjustment procedures").
4. Detach the clips (A) wires and remove pad (IN) battery.
- Tightening torque - 22 Nm
5. Carefully, so as not to damage the tubes, remove the slave cylinder (A) clutch release drive (see chapter "Clutch").
Attention: do not press the clutch pedal with the clutch release slave cylinder removed.
6. Remove the case (IN), retainer (WITH) and a tube (D).
7. Disconnect connector (A) reversing light switch and clips (IN) wires.
8. Turn away bolts and remove an arm (A), then disconnect the cables (IN) transmission control from the gearbox.
Note: Carefully remove the cable bracket so as not to bend the cables and place them to the side.
9. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor connector (A).
10. Install the earring (A) for hanging the engine.
11. Remove the top bolt (A) gearbox mounts and bottom bolt (IN) starter.
12. Install the engine hanger as shown in the illustration.
13. Jack up the car and place it on stands.
14. Drain the gearbox oil (see section "Checking the level and changing the oil in the manual transmission").
15. Remove the dirt guard.
16. Remove drive shafts (see chapter "Drive shafts").
17. Remove the protective casing of the clutch.
18. Turn away bolts and remove an arm (A) and stiffener (IN).
19. Turn away bolts and remove bracket of fastening of the steering mechanism.
20. Suspend the steering mechanism from both sides to the body.
21. Turn away three bolts of a back support of a transmission.
22. Jack up the front suspension beam.
23. Remove the bolts (A) and remove the beam (IN) front suspension.
24. Turn away bolts and remove a back support (A) and bracket (IN) supports.
25. Turn away bolts and remove a forward support of a transmission.
26. Remove the air filter bracket.
27. Remove the car from stands and lower it.
28. Turn away a bolt and remove an arm (A) transmission mounts and wire (IN) masses.
29. Jack up the car.
30. Jack up the gearbox.
31. Turn away bolts of fastening of a transmission.
32. Move the gearbox away from the engine until the gearbox input shaft is completely out of the clutch housing.
33. Slowly lower the gearbox about 150mm and make sure all hoses and wires are disconnected from the gearbox.
34. Remove the clutch release fork (A) from the clutch housing (IN), squeezing the spring with pliers (WITH).
