Removal
1. Relieve residual fuel pressure.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Remove the intake manifold.
4. Disconnect the connectors from the injectors, disconnect the clamps from the fuel manifold.
5. Disconnect the quick-release connection of the fuel pipe and the fuel rail.
6. Loosen the two nuts and disconnect the fuel manifold bracket.
7. Remove the fuel manifold.
8. Remove the injector retainers from the fuel manifold and then the injectors.
Installation
1. Install the O-rings on the injectors.
2. Apply engine oil to the injector O-rings. Install the injectors onto the fuel rail and secure them with clamps.
3. Install the fuel manifold onto the cylinder head.
Note: To avoid damaging the O-rings, install the injectors onto the fuel rail first and then onto the cylinder head.
4. Tighten the manifold mounting nuts. Install the fuel manifold bracket.

5. Connect the fuel line quick release coupling.
6. Connect the injector connectors and retainers to the fuel rail.
7. Install the intake manifold.
8. Install the air filter.
9. Attach the cable to the negative terminal of the battery. Turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position, do not start the engine. Let the fuel pump run for 2 seconds to increase the fuel pressure. Repeat the operation 2-3 times and check for fuel leaks.
Note:
- Do not reuse O-rings.
- Before installation, apply fresh engine oil to the new O-rings. Do not use brake fluid, coolant, vegetable oil or alcohol-based oil to lubricate the seals.
