Note: Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.
1. Using a special tool, fix the pressure plate and unscrew the central nut.
Tightening torque:
- left-hand drive models - 26 Nm
- right hand drive models - 18 Nm
Electromagnetic clutch.
1 - central nut,
2 - clutch pressure plate,
3 - adjusting washer,
4 - retaining ring,
5 - pulley,
6 - coupling winding,
7 - compressor,
8 - thermal fuse,
9 - sealing ring,
10 - union bolt.
Left-hand drive models.
1 - pressure plate,
2 - central nut,
3 - special tool.
Right hand drive models.
1 - central nut,
2 - special tool.
2. Remove the pressure plate and adjusting washer.
3. Remove the snap ring and pulley.
4. Loosen the bolt of the coupling winding wire retainer, disconnect the coupling winding wire, remove the retaining ring and remove the coupling winding.
Right hand drive models.
1 - clutch winding wire retainer,
2 - clutch winding wire,
3 - retaining ring,
4 - coupling winding.
Left-hand drive models.
1 - clutch winding wire retainer,
2 - clutch winding wire,
3 - retaining ring,
4 - coupling winding.
