Attention! Wear gloves to protect your hands from cuts when performing procedures through the access holes in the door frame.
Withdrawal
1. On models with manual power windows, remove the glass lowering / raising handle.
2. Remove the door lock release button.
3. For dismantle of the internal door handle remove a plastic protective cap and turn out the only fixing screw. Release the handle assembly from the door panel and disconnect the actuating rod from it. If the vehicle is equipped with the appropriate equipment, disconnect the wiring of the lock activator.
4. Remove a decorative cover of an external basic site of a rear-view mirror.
5. Remove the screws securing the interior upholstery panel, as well as the screw securing the armrest assembly, then gently pull the panel towards you, releasing the fasteners. Moving along the perimeter of the panel, release all the latches one by one.
Note. The latches are located deep enough under the edge of the panel to use the standard tool for prying the latter.
6. After all latches are released, disconnect any remaining electrical connectors and remove the panel from the door frame.
7. In order to provide access to the outer handle and window regulator located inside the door frame, remove the electric control assembly (with appropriate vehicle equipment), panel door bracket, and speaker assembly (see chapter Onboard electrical equipment), then carefully peel off the plastic moisture shield.
Installation
1. Before installing the interior upholstery panel, make sure that all of its latches are in place and in good condition.
2. If your vehicle is equipped, connect the wiring harness to the door lock actuator and power window control panel. Install the panel on the door. Securely snap in all provided fasteners. Reinstall and secure the inner handle assembly with the screw. Install the lock switch (if provided) / stowage pocket (tighten the fixing screw firmly). Install the power window hand crank/power control assembly.
