When installing, apply sealant to the contact surface of the cylinder block.
2. REFERENCE PIN
3. INTERNAL GEAR. Check (see below)
4. OUTER GEAR. Check (see below)
5. 6x1.0 mm, 7 Nm (0.7 kgf/m)
6. PUMP COVER
7. O-RING. Replace.
8. REFERENCE PIN
9. BYPASS VALVE. The valve should move freely in the housing cylinder. If it is scored, replace it.
10. WASHER
11. PLUG, 39 Nm (40 kgf/m)
12. SPRING
13. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
14. SEAL. Check (see below). Replace.
15. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
Note:
- When assembling, install new O-rings.
- Apply oil to the O-rings before installation.
- Use sealant P/N 08С70-К0234М, 08С70-К0334М or 08С70-Х0З31S.
- Install the rotors in the same direction.
- After assembly, make sure the gears rotate without binding.
