Withdrawal
Attention: do not allow working fluid to come into contact with painted surfaces. If the working fluid comes into contact with the painted surface, wash it off immediately.
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
Note: before disconnecting the cable from the battery, make sure you know the radio access code. Otherwise, the radio will be blocked.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Remove the air filter housing (see chapter "Maintenance and general inspection and adjustment procedures").
4. Remove the battery pad.
5. Disconnect the hose (A) and a tube (IN) damper clutch.
Note: after disconnecting the tube, install a plug on it to prevent fluid from escaping.
- Tightening torque - 22-25 Nm
6. Turn away bolts and remove an arm with a damper of coupling.
- Tightening torque - 22 Nm
7. Remove the bolts and remove the clutch damper (A) from bracket (IN).
- Tightening torque - 10 Nm
Note:
- Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
- After installing the clutch damper:
- bleed the hydraulic clutch release (see section "Bleeding the hydraulic clutch release");
- Check that there are no leaks and that the clutch is working properly.
