1. Disconnect the air mixing flap actuator connector.

2. Connect the positive terminal of the battery to terminal "1" of the actuator connector, and the negative terminal to terminal "2" and make sure that the actuator operates in the "HOT" direction. Reverse the polarity of the battery connection and make sure that the actuator operates in the "COLD" direction.

3. Check the resistance between terminals "5" and "7" of the damper drive connector.
  • Nominal resistance - 4.2-7.8 kOhm

4. Check the resistance between terminals "3" and "7" of the damper drive connector at different positions of the latter.

Nominal resistance:
  • "MAX NOT" - 3.36 - 6.24 kOhm
  • "MAX COLD" — 0.84- 1.56 kOhm
