Checking the air flow direction flap actuator (air conditioning with automatic control) (Honda Fit 1)

1. Disconnect the damper actuator connector.

2. Connect the positive battery terminal to terminal "1" of the actuator connector and the negative battery terminal to terminal "2" and check that the actuator operates in the "VENT" direction. Reverse the polarity of the battery connection and check that the actuator operates in the "DEF" direction.



3. With the battery connected to terminals "1" and "2", make sure there is conductivity between terminals "7", "3", "4", "5" and "6".
