6 - rear piston,
7 - rear glass seal.
1. Remove the rear pillar trim (see section "Interior trim").
2. (Right-hand drive models with navigation system)
Disconnect the connector (A).
3. Remove the front seal (A) as shown in the figure.
Note: To avoid damaging painted surfaces, apply masking tape to them.
4. Remove the upper front glass seal.
Note: To avoid damaging painted surfaces, apply masking tape to them.
5. From the inside of the body, using an awl, make holes in the glue layer (B). From the interior, pull the string (A) through the holes.
Caution: To avoid damaging your hands on sharp edges, wear gloves.
6. Secure the ends of the string to the wooden blocks.
Note: To avoid breaking the string, use its entire length while working.
7. Cut off the layer of glue (A) along the entire perimeter of the glass (B).
8. Place a reference mark on the glass as shown in the figure.
9. Carefully remove the glass.
10. Remove the rear glass seal.
