Attention.
  • Clean all components thoroughly before assembly.
  • Pay attention to the direction of installation of the oil seals. The side of the oil seal with the groove should be directed towards the oil
  • cameras.
  • During assembly, be sure to replace components that are not reused with new ones.
  • Do not flush seals and O-rings with flushing oil.
  • To ensure better sliding of parts during the initial period of work during assembly, apply Honda Ultra V or Ultra PSF-II power steering fluid to the indicated areas.
  • Do not over-tighten the new O-rings.
  • Do not stretch the polymer sealing rings more than necessary, and avoid uneven stretching in certain areas. In addition, after installation, compress the sealing ring using a rubber tube and a clamp.
