2. Remove the tie rod end from the rack end.
3. Remove the handpiece ball joint boot.
4. Remove old grease from ball joint and refill with new grease.
5. Pack grease into boot. Apply lubricant to the edges as well.
Attention:
- Do not apply grease to the boot and hinge press-in areas.
- Make sure that dirt does not get into the hinge and cover.
6. Using a special tool, press the cover onto the hinge.
Press the gland evenly, without distortion.
Attention. After installing the boot, completely remove the grease from the conical and threaded sections of the pin.
