This adjustment is mandatory when replacing the brake booster or after removing the clevis. Before adjusting the length, check the clearance in the push rod and adjust if necessary (see above).

1. Measure the distance between the center of the pivot pin hole in the clevis and the mounting surface of the brake booster housing.
