1. Jack up the car.
2. Remove the engine exhaust pipe.
3. Drain the oil from the rear gearbox.
4. Apply marks (C) to the flanges of the propeller shaft No.2 (A) and the rear gearbox (B).
5. Loosen the bolts (D) and disconnect the propeller shaft from the rear axle.
6. Install a stand under the rear gearbox.
7. Unscrew the gearbox mounting bolts (A) and (B), remove the washers (C).
8. Disconnect the ventilation tube.
9. While lowering the rear gearbox, disconnect the drive shafts from the gearbox.
10. If necessary, disconnect the gearbox support (B) and (C).
