Door locks with electric drives — transmitter check (Honda Avancier 1)

If the key is in the ignition or a door is open, the remote door lock system will not operate.

If the driver's door is not opened within approximately 30 seconds after unlocking, it will lock automatically.

Before testing the remote control transmitter, make sure the door lock system is working properly.

1. Place the transmitter on the transmitter testing tool.

2. Press the transmitter button.

If the indicator on the special tool lights up, the transmitter is working properly.



If the indicator on the special tool does not light, replace the battery (CR1616) and repeat the test.



3. If the re-check shows a negative result, replace the transmitter with a new one and register it (see below).
