1. Remove the emergency oil pressure sensor and install a special tool in its place.

2. Start the engine. Stop the engine immediately if the pressure gauge indicates no oil pressure. Repair the lubrication system before continuing the procedure.

3. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.

Oil pressure at oil temperature 80°C:
  • at minimum stable idle speed - 70 kPa
  • at 3000 rpm - 340 kPa

If the oil pressure is not as specified, check the oil pickup and oil pump.
